roasted pork chop with a raisin grand marnier cream reduction

pork chop roast seasoned and then seared on all surfaces. thrown in a 350 degree oven for 1.5 hrs or so (depending on the size of roast).

pour cream and grand marnier into the pan with the seared bits for 2 minutes until bits are dissolved. Throw in white raisins and reduce until reached desired consistency.

plate up and enjoy!
